Sellon Fitness offers personalized 1on1 soccer training to players looking to improve personal performance on the field. Team training is not always conducive to individual development, and training outside of practice is crucial for players who want to up their game. Sellon fitness can help identify specific areas for improvement as well as help improve any personal weaknesses while providing an opportunity to get more touches on a ball than during an average team training session. Whether you are looking to improve a certain skill set or level up your overall game, we will create a training plan dedicated to improving your individual skills and understanding of the game.

  • Dynamic Warm Up

  • Individual Skills

  • SAQ (Speed, Agility, Quickness)

  • Cool down
