Mark Sellon is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach and youth soccer coach with the Colorado Rapids. After his soccer career ended, Mark found a love for strength training and in the process of rehabbing his (multiple) knee injuries with the end goal of being able to run again. This motivated him to pursue a career as a personal trainer and help other athletes with similar issues and help athletes in general prevent these injuries from happening.
Mark started training in 2017 and opened Sellon Fitness in 2020 to help others on their journeys through health and fitness. In 2021, Mark was able to realize his goal of running again by completing his first half marathon, with a new goal of improving his time in 2022. Sellon fitness has brought his passions for coaching and strength training together allowing him to help clients with a balanced approach to sports performance and fitness training, while creating a space he can lead by example and share successes alongside clients.
