Sports Performance Training

HARD WORK BEATS TALENT, UNTIL TALENT WORKS HARD

Whether athletes are in the gym, on the field, or recovering at home, they need the knowledge and tools to optimize their performance and decrease their risk of injury.   At Sellon Fitness we aim to improve athletic ability through proper movement patterns, strength training, flexibility/mobility training, and stability/balance training.  All sessions will begin with a proper warmup to raise heart rate and prepare the muscles to work, followed by agility or plyometric training, and finishing with strength training to build a solid foundation.  Each athlete will receive a custom program based on their bodies needs, abilities, and movement screen. 

 

Training Programs Include:

Off Season – This is where the hard work is done

Preseason – Prepping for athletic competition

In Season – Training focuses on maintaining strength gains, perfecting form and recovery

Post Season – Recovery and rest phase where the athlete can rehab

Program Length: 4 to 6 weeks depending on athletes schedule
